PRICES
Prices will be quoted (wholesale only) upon request in person, by phone, fax, or e-mail. Each order has variables that we take into account such as size, time of year, availability, destination, method of payment, etc. when quoting prices. All quotations will be F.O.B. our nursery and will include loading, tarping, and securing for travel.
TERMS
All orders are C.O.D. unless credit arrangements have been made prior to delivery or pick-up. Upon credit approval, payment is due net 30 days- date of invoice. Interest of 2% per month will be added to past due accounts plus costs for any legal action and/or court fees involved in collection of same.
GUARANTEE
Material will be true to name and specifications on order. Material will leave our nursery having been properly dug and loaded in good condition. Any claims must be made in writing within 10 days of shipment. In no event will our liability exceed original invoice value.
SHIPPING
Due to the volatile nature of fuel costs we must quote delivery rates at the time an order is booked. We have a variety of trailers and trucks from which to choose to accommodate any size load. For pick-up orders we will load, tarp, and secure with your tarp and tie-down material.
